Originally built at the turn of the century and transformed into condos in the early 2000s, this historic gem underwent a meticulous remodel in 2012, guided by the visionary expertise of John Rovtar of Rovtar Design Studios. Drawing inspiration from the past while embracing the demands of modern living, our focus was on crafting a space that transcends time—a place where sophistication meets comfort. Across three levels of refined living, we seamlessly integrated two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, elevating both style and functionality. We added additional loft space, as well as an additional fireplace, stretching eight feet in length—a testament to our dedication to both form and function.
